Knowing just how important the forest is to us with global climate change barreling down on the world, this carving represents our dependency on the forests of the world. British Columbian live edge Redwood with hand-carved basswood rose inserted into the Redwood using traditional woodcarving tools. Then covered with clear epoxy.
