Our craft syrup comes from a mixed, old-growth Acadian Forest off the cliffs of Shepody Bay in Edgett’s Landing, NB, now a three-generation sugar bush. Our syrup is dark, concentrated, thick, and rich in flavor. Using traditional methods, it is boiled on a wood-fired evaporator.

Won a gift basket and nestled among the other items was a bottle of Black Sheep Dark Maple Syrup. I poured some on French vanilla ice cream and could not believe the rich maple flavour. It’s the best I have ever tasted. The bottle is gone and yes, I would drive a ways to get some more. Give it a try.. you won’t be disappointed!
